Airspace Monitoring Systems collects Personal Information from customers to provide the best products and services it can and create an enjoyable online shopping experience. Information can be collected when provided by customers to make an online purchase, sending us an email or fax, or contacting us by phone.
If you place an order through the Airspace Monitoring Systems website you will be required to register and provide contact, billing, shipment, and payment information to complete the order. This Personal Information, with the exception of credit card information, will be stored on the website server.

Airspace Monitoring Systems does not sell, lease, or otherwise disclose Personal Information with the exception of the following limited conditions:
Credit card information is transmitted to credit card companies to verify and authorize purchases. Once credit card transactions are complete, that Personal Information is removed from our system.
Shipping companies such as UPS and the US Postal Service receive name, address, and shipping information when delivering orders. There may also be situations where we drop-ship products directly from our suppliers to fulfill an order. Drop-shippers are given information for the sole purpose of delivering their product.
We may disclose Personal Information if required by government authorities or third parties to comply with the law or legal processes.
Optional Saving of Credit Card Information
If customers wish to have their credit card information stored on file for use in future transactions, they have that option through the payment gateway. This can be enabled from the customer’s account page or by checking the box labeled “Save to your account” during checkout. This information will then be stored on the secure servers.
Internet browsers may ask to save credit card information for completing web forms. Airspace Monitoring Systems has no control over this action and is therefore not responsible for any loss of credit card information due to it.
Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect sensitive Personal Information like your name, address, and credit card information, before it travels over the internet. It should be understood, however, that no computer system is fully secure and there are inherent risks associated with conducting transactions over the internet. Airspace Monitoring Systems uses two national shipping carriers, UPS and the US Postal Service. Real-time rate selections from these carriers are available at the shopping cart checkout.
Airspace Monitoring Systems does not guarantee same day shipping. If you need your order Express, Overnight, or Next Day, please call or email us to make sure we can accommodate your needs.
If we are unable to ship an order with the shipping option selected by the customer (i.e. physical size of the shipment is too large for that selection), we reserve the right to change the option and adjust the fee to the proper amount.

Shipping times are provided by respective shipping companies and are not guaranteed by Airspace Monitoring Systems.
Airspace Monitoring Systems does not process orders during weekends or holidays.
You will be notified via email if there are any backorders or unexpected delays.
For your protection, Airspace Monitoring Systems may have insurance included in the shipping charges.
Shipping charges may include a small handling charge. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Guaranteed delivery times are the amount of time the package actually spends in transit. Pulling inventory and packaging can take time and is not included in the determination of how long a package is in shipment.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when available.
Exact delivery times to Hawaii and Alaska cannot be guaranteed.
If you have received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Most shippers normally require an inspection so please do not dispose of the packaging materials until you hear from us. It is essential that you inform us immediately if you received damaged goods or we may not be able to process a claim with the shipping company. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Airspace Monitoring Systems and we want everyone to be happy with the purchases they make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the information below to determine the appropriate procedures for returning products.
Damaged or Faulty Equipment
If newly purchased items are determined to be damaged during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. Taking pictures of the damage and forwarding them to us should speed up the replacement process. If an item is determined to be faulty upon arrival, please inform us of the problem within 30 days of receiving it. In some cases, operational issues can be resolved over the phone or by email, thus saving the time and expense of returning items. Damaged or faulty items to be returned should be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Replacement units may be shipped in advance. At our discretion, items that have been damaged through intentional or accidental abuse are not returnable.
You can return your product to OSI International by following the steps below:
- Contact our office by phone at 1-888-654-5126 / 1-262-735-8010 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). RMA information will be emailed to you. Please provide the information requested.
- If your product is a recent purchase, include all original packaging and materials in the box. Attach or write the RMA number on the outside of the box and include a copy of the RMA information inside the box.

We recommend that items be returned insured via UPS ground or US Postal Service and a tracking number be assigned to the shipment. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, faulty, or the wrong item shipped. In those cases, the customer will be credited for all reasonable shipping charges incurred.
If you purchase a product online and then decide you no longer want it, a refund will be issued as long as the returned product is free from damage or markings of any kind and in re-sellable condition. Refunds to orders will be credited to the card used to make the original online purchase. Issuing banks determine when this refund appears on credit card statements. Once the returned product is received, evaluated, and deemed refundable, the card will be credited the amount of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. If the returned product is found to not be refundable, we will contact the customer and work toward a mutually acceptable solution.
